Blinking

Do not know if this related to lag at all, or is just something within the game itself. Blinking from one point to another, as the character was entering the sewers, the game did blink. Found my character at one moment beyond the wall to the south, and then atop the wall near the entry with no way of getting down. Only thing that worked was to log out and back in again.
Did think that this might be an important bug.

  Relogging is usually a good way to fix bugs too...

I believe this is a known Bioware issue, it's one of the reasons why people get stuck on hills and the like.
