Heavy tobaco

Would it be possible to make prepared tobaco weightless or near weightless?

As far as I know smoking has no IC benefits, but the weight of the tobaco IS an issue for characters who are not strong. Playing a cleric who (used to) smoke I would love to be able to carry a good selection around, but the pibe weighs as much as a shovel and the tobaco three times as much as a potion.

I agree, it'd be tough to smoke an ounce in a day, but three packings of the pipe are a pound in game.  If somebody packed 1/3 of a lb and tried to smoke it in one sitting, they would be hurting.  It wouldnt all fit in the standard pipe bowl, you'd need a sit-down hookah for that much at once.
