Where did the spellcomponent menu go?

I can't seem to find it in the tinkers furnace. Where has this part of tinkering gone?

To the abyss.

Craftable spell components no longer exist.

Glass Eyes, Rods, Beads and Statues were being grossly overcrafted for XP only.
