The Mistone Alliance Scout prestige class is closed more or less indefinitely with the death of Queen Allurial. If that changes, we'll let you know, but until that point, the prestige class is unavailable. Second, and more important - Shadows in Layonara, barring truly exceptional cases are unintelligent, and can not communicate, let alone in Common. So having a Shadow talk to Jaigan is an impossibility. (Sorry if this interrupts a plot you were working on.)
