Characters not showing up in Profile

Hello!
  Lore is awesome. I am just recently getting into all of it's uses, but I have just noticed that the only character I have in my Profile (and thus the only character that can make use of Lore's niftyness) is the late Twenty Nine, the deleted failure of a character. I would like it very much for Yü, Keille'leugh, Matilda Jenice Landsend, and Aschenbach Snailpace to be added to my account. Thank you!

 No worries, boss, I just wanted to use that nifty parchment folder option you guys installed. I need to move a lot of text in game, and one setence at a time is just not working for me.

I've just double checked the database and your public cdkey is not the same as the one used by your characters.

Please, double check your [LORE=PublicCDKey] and then update your LORE profile.
