Description: I was in the Hempstead magic hall at the alchemy table closest to the door. I was crafting a trivial item, a second circle titanium enhnacement. After the success it said I received a "gem" instead of the enhancement and there was no enhancement or "gem" in my inventory. I had just completed a first circle titanium enhancement with no issues before this.

Location: Hempstead magic hall.

Verified: No.

Reproducable: Probably, I see no reason why it would have been a one time deal...

Do you have any logs/screen shots to back this up? Which character was it, in case I can see something in the logs?

Stygian Achnuman was the character. It occured approximately five minutes before this post. No screen shot, sorry.

At first glance I can't see anything wrong. I see your successful Titanium Enhancement II crafting attempt, along with attempts on Titanium Enhancement I, a Silver Enhancement III and two Evil weapon visual effects...all successful. As well, the recipe looks correct, but I will need to check some things when I get home later.
