Crypt of the Damned - Level 3 - Spawn overkill

Level 3 of the Crypt of the Damned has spawns that spawn to close to each other all at once.

This causes massive Meteor Showers and a lot of lag.

Does not need fixing, all Crypt of the Damned areas can be removed from the module.

Door to the crypt is locked for the next update.  The crypt itself is being left in place for quest purposes (if desired).

All spawns are still in-place but have been disabled by default.  The Encounter Control wand can re-enable them if a GM wishes.
