Death - Grave?

I died, went back to get grave and (stupidly) died again, I went back the second time and my grave was no where around, looked 2 area's near by and did not find it.

You need to go to your original grave, a new grave is not created.  If this was your third time dying within (15 minutes * character level) you will not have a grave.  I don't think a grave is created at least.

no no no I know that....I said I went back to the same place and died again, which was same where origional grave should be.  When I went to get grave first time after first death it was there.  Died trying to get it, then came back to where it was...and it wasn't there.....
