Furniture Duplication

Hey, I just removed and changed the facing of a few things in Quin's House (145 Krandor) and when I did so, in te case of changing the facing, the old item remained, and a completly new item that DOES NOT BELONG TO ME (can't use the furniture tool on it) was created and in the case of removing the item an item that DOES NOT BELONG TO ME was left in it's place. Also, when opening chests or crates, you can see the duplicate behind it.

When moving furniture in the Inn last night though (121 Leilon) There were no problems. Any idea what happened here? I am almost positive I am under the placeable limit.

Still a problem, has there been a reset? That might help things, but I am not sure.

This problem fixed itself, I am assuming on a reset. I would still like to know what would cause this sort of thing if anyone knows so that it may be prevented.
