Horse skin bug

Char name: Razeriem
Account: Aerimor
Date: 8/03/09
DM witness:  LC (Only that he tried deleting the visable skin.)
Replicatable:  *shrugs* But ongoing.

The long and short of it.  Raz has a horse skin on him on Central, not on West.
I had a DM delete the skin on Central but it had no affect on the problem.

Raz has horse speed, size, and stealth effects to him on West.  More importantly to me, he can not rest "because he is on a horse."

I tried having a DM delete it as noted.  I loged over to west and back to no avail.  I also tried using my saddle ot dismount.  But it said I had no horse. (tried on central.)

Relevant information.  Due to an Invis bug last night on West Raz was killed and his horse died.  =(!!!!  I imagine its related to some degree.

Raz was almost certainly mounted the last time he left central.

Only thing I can think of to try is buy another horse, but I don't feel liek spending 20K.  If it would fix the issue, I would do so though.  Still sad about the last horse death though.  He never had a chance.

Thanks,
~R

Either wait until the next reset or coordinate with a GM at the horse vendor.  Have the GM give you the necessary gold for the horse, mount, dismount, make sure the effects are gone, and then kill the horse.

Actually, scratch that.  I'm going to enable Raz's horse again.  Please try mounting and dismounting to see if the problem goes away.

Report back and I'll disable the horse.

Oh was going to say that dying seemed to Lazereth DC.  But I see its from you not Raz's soul.  Explains why it was a slow run home after I died.

Short of it is....

Yes that fixed things.  I went to central and everything was back to normal.

Thank you.
