The inn in Westgate, it has the crafting applications to cook, but when you put CNR to make something you get nothing back, and you lose the CNR you placed in there to begin with.

As well I also found it funny that the Inn Keeper sells keys but noticed there are no rooms to sleep in as well.

Could you describe what isn't working? I just did some quick testing (and checked things out in the toolset) and I don't see anything immediately wrong with the CNR devices in the kitchen.

When my character Iellwen put corn in the Farmers Mill to make corn meal, she did not get anything. It simply ate the corn without giving her anything back.
