Sending a message by bird in game...

I have entered my key code according to the instructions on the LORE site.  When I try to send a message to a player after pulling up their profile and hitting the button at the top (off of memory here) "Send Message", I get a response, you have no players to send a message from (something along the lines of this response).

Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Much appreciated.  (At work right now so I can't test it until late tonight)

The same happened to me. When you view your own character....do you see ALL of their abilities...including crafting levels?
If not.....the CD keys been entered wrong. If it does.....*shrugs*...wait for a GM.

( Remember, you only enter the Even numbers )

I've just checked your public profile page [LORE=Profile/Strykr] and there are no characters listed there. This means that there must be something wrong with the [LORE=PublicCDKey] you entered. I'm taking a guess here that your character is "Strykr Hannoverfiss". If that's your character, I can tell you that after checking the two cd keys in the database; they are not the same.

For obvious security and privacy reasons I can't tell you what the correct cd key is, but I will say that the last three characters in your profile's cd key are invalid.
