Spellswords do get a boost to their flame weapon damage.  I'm not sure what the computation is, but it seems to give them about 2-4 extra points of damage per hit.

I think I know how it works after testing it with Storold... First you get the flame weapon that layonara dictates according to your level. In Nights case this would be 1d4 +1(From being a level 7 caster), then on top of that you get the normal nwn progression from two caster levels(the spellsword levels) which would give you a +2, resulting in as you see it doing 1d4+3 damage

Sounds right Pibe...maybe lore for Spellswords should be updated?  Also, as indicated in my previous link, maybe change the lore on darkfire damage computation so it reads the same as flame weapon.
