Scribing Ice Dagger

I was trying to scribe the first level spell ice dagger and couldn't find it anywhere on the scribing menu.  Maybe I'm just missing it, but could someone take a look when you get a chance?

It's listed under level-0 spells for some reason.

That also brings up that improved invisibility unlike other 4th level spells requires hickory scroll instead of oak.

I think its intended that some spells require different scrolls than the majority of spells of the same level.

Firebrand requires mahogany while (i believe) most 5th levels require oak.

I figured it was because firebrand was a strong spell (even stronger before it was modified.)

Of course my whole theory could be wrong if all 5th levels require mahogany heh.
