Transition problem - Black Dogs Moor

I am sorry if this has been reported already, but I could not find it if it was.
 
  The area after the area with the Swamp Witch has no transition back to the Witch area. That would be the transition going back from the 3.rd to the 2.nd area.

The AT is there and usable, but it's flaky. I fiddled it around a bit. It should be easier to use now.
