*thinks someone was trying to login as "Ke'Koa" rather than "Ke' Kai"*
Okay folks (for all the other readers), you can see why, when you are asking someone else to do problem solving on your behalf, how it behests you to be up front with the details.
As a starting point, you should provide all the information that you are using to do what you are doing.
So in this case, logging on, so
who are you logging in as?
The other starting point is that the problem is quite possibly due to something you are doing, even if it doesn't seem that way.
That's why explicitly stating what you are doing to someone else helps to confirm what you are doing is correct, or expose the fault in what is being done.
Once that has been eliminated, then the system can be looked at.
Hope this helps.
