Your horse be starving, wounded and seemingly drained by necromancy stuck on the side of the cliff by the Rift - Asunder, just off the right side of the cliff on the path from Dalanthar to Willow's Weep. There aint any grass to eat or water for it, and it looks like the bone golems usin it as a chew toy. Might want to pick it up.
