Well, since that question seems to be out of the way... I assume it is safe to change the topic slightly.

I forget the recommended level range for the servers. What were they (the level ranges) again?

There are no hard limits, but the guideline is:  1-10 on West 11-20 on Central 20+ on East  If you have a good, balanced party, you can get by with lower levels.  See this thread for a good discussion:  When to go to Central

Actually. I set them up as 1-10, 11-17 and 18+ but yeah... It really is all dependent on what the players want and are comfortable with. Lots have changed and things can get tough so well balanced parties are what is usually needed--that is the goal in many locations at least.

A lower than 20 party will be able to do things on east but they'll be pretty limited in where they can roam er... roam = fight stuff

Basically it all depends on how good you are, how well you fight together, and the balance of your party.  I was in a party of 2 level 9's and 2 10's once that tore up Dregar ;)  but we were limited in where we could roam too.

Moral of the story, if you at the bottom ends of those ranges, be careful!
