Just a quick question about called shot...
Does anyone know if the effects stack? And how long do they last for?

Couldnt tell you.

I took this feat long LONG ago and was very displeased with it. I couldn't connect with any of the tougher beasties, it seemed fine for easy stuff... but it wasnt needed for easy stuff... The high DC of Layo monsters made it all but worthless IMO... I was lucky to get a re-roll and I took Improved Crit Longbow.... this was way WAY back in Layo V1 when Enzo was level 12 or so.

The Attack Bonus penalty from Called Shot Arm stacks. The Dexterity and Movement penalty from Called Shot Arm does not stack.

They stack. It's an awesome feat if you spam called shot arm on something for example.

Called leg shot the very first shot when your AB is the highest, then just start using arm shot. Plus, the criticals are higher for a Crit Arm/Leg shot.

Called shot arm does stack and a succesful hit last four rounds.
Jacc uses called shot and one of the benefits is you dont loose other attacks in the round. So you could actually get 4 called shots in one round.
It is quite a useful feat if you have enough AB to make it hit.
One thing people tend to forget is that this is not a ranged specific feat, called shot can also be used by melee fighters, I guess the name is slightly confusing.
