I know everyone I Role play with would LOVE to finally see one of my portraits since I go out of my way to find a portrait no one else has so here's Shadoe's portrait. Don't all rush to download it at once now. You might overload the server..

I downloaded the images, flipped them over (since they were upside down), and tossed them in my portraits folder for eventual upload in the LayoPortraits.rar.  The image sizes were correct.  I can't imagine why they were inverted, though.

I passed Gro earlier today while she was speaking, and didn't have any problems with the tiny image.

they were flipped because otherwise they won't show correctly on my system how odd that may sound.

i think the problem is the *_s.tga file and not tiny, as it was when Harloff partied with me that he crashed, i.e. the picture in the party listing is causing that problem.

How many times did this happen?  Did the crash only occur once, or did it happen several times over several attempts to join the party?  Were other people who had the image file in their portraits folders involved?  If so, were they affected?

Sometimes, but not very often, I'll take a transition and the game will crash for no obvious reason as it tries to display the new area.  Once I restart the game, everything goes back to normal and I'm in the new area.  That's why I asked how many times you tried to form a party.  If it only happened once, it could have just been one of those little glitches, and restarting the game would fix whatever went wrong.

I don't think that matters.  The 'small' file from the Gro set (as an example) is slightly smaller than others, but the other 'small' images aren't all one uniform file size.

I don't know if it my PC but I had excactly the problem when i  originally created the pictures for Skarp. I made them i paintshop and when i tested them before using them on layo my PC kept crashing. When it laoded the pictures with stribes on them in all colors of the rainbow and huge white parts and then i crashed. I found that the problem on my pc was that all of the .tga files had sizes that differed a lot from the other tga files. And solved it by saving the files through infranview.

When i met Gro i had exactly the same problem, strange looking picture and an emidiate crash. Meizter also made the picture in paintshop and the pictures also had differing sizes. And this time i have also tried to save them through infranview, with the samme result that all files got bigger. I havent tested them but here they are... Besides that i find it disturbing that Meizter had to flip the pictures upside down in order to see them correctly. My theory is that mine and Meizters version of paintshop is bugged and the .tga files it makes are faulty somehow, lacking information which might explain why they are to small
