How many pc slots are there and how often do new ones open up?

Is it ok to make a certain thig just to see what it will look like? *example*
1. puts in submission for character.
2.makes character before its approved.
3.plays it ingame just to see the stats and things like that.

Is that possibly?

Each person can have up to 6 characters if that is what you mean by PC slots,  And you cannot play a character before it is approved

by pc slots i mean the number of brownies or wemics that get approved.

oh there are 4 slots for each of the new races (Brownies, Wemics, Sea Elves) I think that at this time there are no open slots for Wemics and Brownies, but Two open for sea elves

and do goblins have a number of slots? im thinking of making one.

Goblins do not have a limited number of slots, but require a good bio.

And new slots become open when a person filling the slot leaves, or when the Team decides to open up more slots.
