Don't worry, this will not be a goodbye rant so relax!
I enjoyed my time here on this server but sadly I don't think it is for me, so I will be leaving. Definitely for a couple of weeks but most likely for good. The world is imaginative, the areas are gorgeous and the creatures original and inspiring.
Sadly my reasons for leaving are several. While the community is friendly and helpful it doesnt take well critisism or suggestions, at least in my eyes, and I can't play on a server like that. Their are so many restrictions put on various classes (yes I'm speaking about druids mostly
) but sadly I feel its pushing to the point where it's not actually fun -playing- a druid as far far too much is restricted to me. Afterall what is the point in playing a druid if you constantly mine, constantly hunt animals, and constantly chop wood? Thats not a druid really is it? Essentially I'm saying, I don't think I can play a proper druid here, the server isn't geared towards it and I don't think I can handle going through the low levels again without pulling my hair out.
If one considers attacking a tamed animal PvP, then I have been subject to so much PvP that the Disputes thread would be clogged wit my posts! *chuckles*
Lots of little things too, which I wont get into because really, it will just cause a flame war for no particular reason and I want to spare people that. So goodbye all, take care and I wish you all and the server the best of luck.
