There's not a "video" exactly.
There was once an elaborate cut-scene which stopped combat and was somewhat theatrical with changing camera angles and lots of visuals.
The problem is that the cut-scene would cause problems in situations where a lot was going on, leading to lag problems of its own characters staying locked by the cut-scene and monsters not respecting the "cease fire" script.
It's somewhat less grandiose now, and there's no locking of characters nor ending of combat. There's some visuals and some "final words". For the character who perms, there's the requisite "fade to black".
