So, I'm not the only one who when "Debbie" in the Krandor Inn says hi to me, I stop and chat ... well ... I say things and petend "Debbie" is talking back to me ...

That is to say ... I'm not the only one who role-plays with the NPCs even if there are no GMs around am I?

I chat with the NPC's and my pixie familier. Sometimes I even posesses her and have a two way conversation with her. But mostly do that in town or where people would pry walk by other wise it is usualy just a one way conversation. I always talk to the hostess in the Wild Surge Inn.

Yep, Reef does it as well. He even tried inviting Flora the tax lady out on a date. And every time he is in the swamps east of Hlint, he pops into see Jasmin, and says hi.

Acacea will talk to anything that moves. For an hour. Days. Until the tree goes "Hey! What's that? Behind you!" and she looks and it uproots itself and runs away.

Yes... me too. Derrick bribes the bartender for information... threatens the drunks when they come close to his table... has even gotten into a few barfights.. *smashes tables... *breaks chairs... His favorite is probably his drunken threats and cold glances at Garent. . . and he had a few trists with the Halfling real estate agent in Pranzis...

The other day he talked to one of the Battle Chickens of Fort Hope...

Mary Blood Axe has a permanent problem with Garent scowling at him or muttering under her breath at him. And that creepy undertaker. I often catch him spying on me in the craftroom at tthe back of the inn and have to have words with him.

I talk to animals...and other people's animals.

When I'm on Levkka I RP more with the NPCs (say if I need bandages or to deposit coins)...i have him make gestures and use very crude, butchered words. (H-HEELKIT!!)

Jacchri talks to a lot of animals.....my favorite is the spotted leopard in Sielwood...
And I talk to Kit a lot as she is like a personal guard to my house...
I have invited her for tea and something cold but alas she always declines....quite dedicated to her job she is...

Hehehe, I can vouch for this. He once told Rayenoir that anyone who tries to kill him for crafting materials would be the next to go. That there is a ranger, ladies and gentlemen.
