Is 1.66 causing lag?

I know a lot of people are on West all the time and it is causing lag.  However, I am experiencing lag on Central even when only a handful of players are online.  It may very well be just me, but it seems like it started happening after the 1.66 patch was put in place.

Not sure about lag, but I have crashed numerous times since upgrading to 1.66 and I never did before. It might be a coincidence though. Also screen seems to freeze which it didn't do before.

I haven't been to central recently, but there's been a degree of lag on west every time I've logged on recently, even during the day for me (GMT) where there may only be a handful of people on

I have also been experiencing  a lot of lag on West. But I have been crashing very often for the last week.
  On West I crashed 3 time the other night on a quest. On Central tonight I was with a group and crashed three times at least. Eventually I decided to call it quits and left the rest of the group.
  I tend to have problems just crafting in Hlint as well. I see it happens when I open the inventory and it takes forvere to show the items.
  I thought it was my computer and it might still be. Interesting that others are also experiencing it.

I think that the lag on West is just caused by the amazing amount of people that have been on recently.

Dregar and Central are much more stable and basically lag free

I get Video card crashes every 7+ hours of playing... Not sure if that helps

I thought it was just the amount of people on West causing the issue too but it happened to me on Central as well.  I was in Pranzis trying to craft and it would take a good 30 seconds for my inventory items would appear.  I have also seen other stange things on West and Central where I will click a quickslot and it will take a while for it to activate the spell or weapon change.  NWN has never crashed on me but since the patch it has crashed several times as well.

Same here, I was on earlier with about only 8 people logged on.
Still crashed just going out of the inn.
