Felt feverish on Friday night, thought nothing of it with my 20 constitution as I *never* get sick. Saturday rolled around and I had severe abdominal cramps and couldn't stray from the bathroom for more than 5-10 minutes before having to make a mad dash back. Still wasn't feeling any better by sunday so I went to the campus ER to have myself checked out.
You know those probes that hillbilly farmers claim to get when aliens abduct them? Human doctors do that too, but with flashlights, and it is NOT pleasant. They found some minor ulcers and a bacterial infection warring within my bowels in some kind of inter-bowelactic conquest for my innards. Doctor postulates that it was mostl likely the 2 week past due burgers I ate at the beginning of the weekend, so it's likely salmanilla or some form of parasitic army of wee microscopic fiends in my belly.
As such, I will be MIA from dedicated GMing for at least a few days. My apologies to Ayreon, Mith and Victor; luckily the month is still young and I'll schedule you 3 in for your CDQs as soon as I am confident about my intestinal integrity. We should be able to fit all 3 of you in no problem, just not in the very near future. Right now I'm on so many antibiotics and sedatives to keep the cramps down that I'd be a bit too loopy to effectively GM in this state.
