Starving Oxes

The oxes that are always in the craft houses unattended are probably on the verge of starvation and should be put outside for some relief.

I'm more concerned about the ventilation...

If you park them in the right spot it's less work for Johan to clean up  ;)

when not in the barn, I've found my ox's favorite place is over by the spring-fed pond, tied to a tree, where he can eat the pink flowers (his favorite) and drink fresh water.

and the craft house in hlint does stink, thanks to melting metal, oils, ox manure, sweat from the workers, and the dead animal skins.  mmmmmm, craft house.

Seems to me as the best place for the poor creatures would be behind the crafting house, where mine is.

Behind the crafthouse worked great for mine right up until he died.  I wasn't there to see it, but I assume someone brought something through the gate.  Unfortunately, there are no guards on that side of Hlint so the oxen are a little vulnerable.  Now I leave mine close to the ox merchant, hoping he will kill any mercs or whatever else someone drags into town.
