I would like to thank the GM who did the impromtu quest in the Seilwood Cave on Tuesday.
I was in the Seilwood to get a bit of Tin and Copper to make studs for crafting studded leather armor. After a short time I noticed baby dire spiders running around. At first I didn't think much of it... maybe the spiders who inhabit the Seilwood had babies and they found thier way into the cave.
It wasn't until the copper veins began exploding that I grew very suspicious. Another character and I becan to investigate the cause... and discovered a portion of the cave floor had collapsed and the baby spiders were coming from there... then grown dire spiders crawled out... and finally... a dark spider. We fought off the spiders and finally destroyed the bloated dark spider. The exploding copper melted and sealed the hole!
Just another shining example of why Layonara is such a great place. Thanks again to the GM who did this.
