Thread necromancy?

I've got threads exploding all over(at least ten) in General Discussion from 2007 as new?  What gives?

Hi CB,

When I edit these threads to unstick them they show as updated. I was trying to move some threads down so that the first page of General Discussion could show at least a few of the more recent posts rather than having to shift to page 2 to get to them.
