    What happend to Black Hand?

    I waited and waited outside Fort Velensk at the gate at 3:30pm PST and nothing.  no one showed.  Just wondering what happened. :)

    The quest ran at 3:30AM PST. Lots of things happened, ask Ozy but be very prepared for a grouchy bard.
