I think it would be nice to be able to name your ox the same way you can name a horse. This way it would be a bit more easier to locate where it is.

Nice idea. It might also help if the ox's owner could be identified too, but that may cause problems IC wise. Naming would be good though - you could post rewards for finding a lost ox, perhaps
