We need to make the information on how ESA affects feats, spells and skills a lot more prominent on LORE than it is currently. Confusion over how subrace adjustments ultimately affect these things have caused, and will continue to cause confusion and mistakes, as was evidenced in a recent releveling request.
I suggest that this page:
http://nwn.layonara.com/Effective%20Stat%20Adjustment be linked prominently from the
Character Submissions page, at least in the subrace section, and probably set apart in its own paragraph and partially/fully bold-faced.
