CNR - Platinum Banded Mail not received on successful craft.

I made 3 platinum armors and I was not given the items. I thought it was me and I relogged after the second one but on the third time I didnt get the item I stopped making armor. Thanks

Its best for a bug report topic to acctually state what the problem is.  Like what I used as the subject for my reply.  And... you didn't even include the type of armor in this post.  I had to cross reference your other post to include it.

As Talan said, if you're going to report bugs, please be as specific as possible.
  What kind of platinum armor were you making?
  Which craft hall were you using?
  Did you get a message stating that you acquired such items?
  Can you get a screen shot showing both successful completion of an item and that you got no armor as a result.
  Even if you've posted about this elsewhere (i.e. grievances) it's helpful to not have to hunt around for all the details.
