The hammer

i did the quest for the carny guy in fort hope, i got his hammer, and everything... but i droped it in my lion bag and when i went to get it back out it was gone, can i get anohter one.

try looking in the rest of your inventory.

If the item is flagged as plot, you wont be able to put it in a bag.

it said in the little right hand bar that shows attackes and such, "lost Linons(or whatever) Hammer" its not in the inventory...

I have never heard of an item disappearing from a bag.  The only way I know of (and heard of that I recall at least) is if you gained an item and your inventory was full. 
  Can you duplicate this by putting other items in the bag?

im not shure really what happened, i put the hammer in the bag becouse i have low str and cant carry much, when i got to Larry the hammer was gone. I looked back into my little right hand action bar and it said "lost item: larrys hammer" or somthing like that. I have a screen shot but i dont know how to put it up here, let me give it a try.

Bah, i cant figure out how to post the screen shot, i figured you needed to make an albume but i cant upload the screen shot into the albume. Oh well, if you want to see it ill figure it out, if not then i wont worry about it.
