GM Eavesdrop command

For non GMs, eavesdrop allows you to see Talk, Whisper and Party chat of all characters wherever you are.  Just thought I'd clarify its dubious name.

Yes I have used that too..and at all times it doesn't work...all the time. I will clarify this later, but the last few times, it sporadically doesn't work.
