Bug Fixes

• Illithid city orb/chest trap triggered but nothing happens (reported by Steel)
• Mount Norand Doors (reported by Görmungard Boulderanvil)
• transiting wont allow reentry into bloodygate (reported by Nyx Rainspirit)
• Broken Transition with Shrubbery in Artisan's Grove (reported by Riven Ring-Cleaver)
• Findfeathers not working (reported by Riven Ring-Cleaver)

Other Changes

• Player reports as a framework plugin, and simultaneous reports no longer overwrite each other
• feat: player reports capture game context, and can point at an object
