Two things: I cannot seem to copy the picture into the thread in any way. Could someone tell me what I need to do to put a pic up along with the .tga files.

Second, I can't upload all the files. For the last largest file I get this:

Upload failed. Most likely this forum runs on windows 2003 which by default only allows attachments smaller than 200kb.
This can be solved by editing the metabase.xml on the server. Modify the AspMaxRequestEntityAllowed value to the desired value.

Is there a workaround for this? I'd like to get her pic into game since I paid for it

Okay, i've converted the largest file there into .jpg
To convert it back to .tga you'll either need Photoshop or GIMP that I know of.
Converting it is simple, just a matter of loading the image up, going to 'save as' and choosing the file extension.

I'm not sure if the GMs do this or if someone compiles all of the portraits in their free time, but I was wondering if we can get the mass custom portrait file on the download page updated. I believe its been 9 months since the last update, and there are a lot of people I see in the servers that show up as the "default pic." Thank you! :p

I still handle it. Some people don't post their portraits, and some (like Jennara's) are not right because of a bug that hit when she died, and I haven't gotten around to having it fixed yet.

I've been waiting until there are enough new portraits to make it worth uploading. Maybe that happened and I didn't notice.
