New/Updated Features

Added option to customization loom to revert cloaks to their blueprints (avoids the need and problems of using an ox for this purpose)
Adjusted conversation and added options to placeable quest NPC/chest items
Buried treasure chests can now contain other buried treasure maps (depth limit of 1, clarification to be posted on forums/LORE).
A character may hold multiple buried treasure maps in inventory at one time
Each buried treasure map now comes with a random ID for identification
Scribed parchments may be stored in buried treasure chests
Adjusted Skald Broken Wail feat to not affect undead
Quest rewards for The Hunt added from Harlas
Removed warning in Viotrim Canyon
Updated warning near the Great Oak
Cloaks should now re-equip automatically when dismounting a horse to ensure proper visibility
Added additional Explorer/Spelunker system points of interest to West, Central and East
WL items can be put into bags and boxes. Note that these items cannot be used by non-WL's, so trading them will serve no purpose except disciplinary action.
Fish icons adjusted to make better sense
Adjusted Io Lake to make more sense when connecting up to the Path of Elemental Balance
Reviewed and adjusted all Bigby's spells to address functional issues. Spells should function as described now.
Moved Night Twins to unique loot drop chest
Refresh all cloaks in the loot drop chests
Adjusted durations for Great Thunderclap

Bug Fixes

Adjusted saving throw mechanism for Weird to operate more in line with the intent and description
Various misspellings addressed
Fixed problem with WLs not getting or being able to use WL items when an apostrophe appears in their names
Roasted pecans no longer return slices of pecan pie when used
All other roasted nuts should behave properly when used now
Fix Explorer/Spelunker exploit for some characters
Fixed Mighty Mace of Beryl (WLDQ reward from Mixafix)
Path of Elemental Balance areas linked properly
Adjust Weird so that it does not consider immunity to Death Magic, per description
Fixed temporary HP exploit with Tenser's Transformation
Fixed DC on locked door in Prantz Courthouse
Changed spell component for Control Undead
Remake Robes of Acid, Robes of Fire, Robes of Lightning and Robes of Sparks, which were missing from the palette.
Fixed faction issue in Grove of Slumber

New version as of 6am PST (12/08/2006)

A quick version update (well as quick as one can be with the number of modules and module sizes we have now). ?

+ Farming is updated and we hope it is now completed. This includes meat from the animals. Please test heavily so that we can get it live on the next update. Thank you Blonde and thank you Dorganath for helping me with an issue during the update.
+ An area in the Underdark is updated
+ The shadow dragon is updated
+ New creatures and items. Thank you IceDragon
+ The Weird spell is now updated. Technichally Weird is not "death magic" and so this immunity should not come into play. For targets immune to death, it computes the damage needed to kill the creature. Goes into all four servers and replaces the existing script of the same name.
+ Two new areas for GM run events
+ 3 player house remodels for normal houses are in
+ 1 shop for a guild is updated

+ Many new CNR Recipes have been added using Dorganath’s cool new tool. With this tool we can now catch up with CNR updates and stick with the database solution. Woot! ?

No. The old items still exist, they simply are no longer craftable.

Yet another reason why Layonara is the best server/s I have ever played on. When I first came here it was a close tie between Arelith IMO only of course. However... this server/s is now leaps and bounds beyond. Great work all!

As a worker of wood, Dalan is very thankfull for the addition of wood shields and am looking forward to seeing them in game.

I am confused about the farming however. There is post elsewhere that is dated 12/08/06 stating that farming is still being tested. This upadate notice mentions there is farming but needs testing. Is this for the players to test? If so, is there a post I missed that talks about how to buy a farm, what can be raised and where you buy animals and seed?

Regardless, I am very impressed with all that is done on this world and greatly appreciate your hard work.
