I just updated nwn and now it says my version and your version in incompatiable.Could you update your gameing system so I may play

Please understand why we cannot update our module immediately.  Because Layonara uses various hak packs to enhance our gameplay (creature models, music, etc), when a bioware update occurs that interferes with the hak pack we are using, we need to make many adjustments to our hak pack, models, and scripts, and also testing them out to make sure nothing else is affected by the official update. So it's not a 5 min thing the team can come up with.
  They will come out with a revert patch soon, so you can download that to revert to 1.65 and still enjoy Layonara

ouch you meen I got the whole day off and I cnt play Layo well GARGON POO
damned if I only knew, I wouldnt have updated.What a pain in the keester,butI supose it cant be helped.(Oh and im looking for general Ideas to help improve my sae elf on how to intergrate her into the story line better am open to sugestions or ideas.)and doesnt sea elven have shifting capabijlities???

Bioware has released the revert batch that you can use to downgrade your NWN from version 1.66 to 1.65, which Layo is still using. Use it and you can play on Layonara again. Download the revert batch from here.

Ok first i found how to do the Icons but so far my pics are too big or page will not display.Next now Im haven a prob w/the updater file where exactly do I put it in nwn. It took me two years to figure out the hak systym w/no help.Id rather have some help on this one.

Im still having trouble with the update reverter im not sure were it has to go to work/where do I download it I downed it into my nwn data and it does zilch.
I just got in after months of trying to figure out haks char submits My ingnorance of computers is dumbfounding and it pisses me off .so someone please hold my hand and guide me into the right direction.Oh and one more thing have you figured the subrace sea elven stats yet ,if so where if not when?Dolphenious needs to know her limits.And advancements.

we usually match the updates within a day or two of the patch release.  Naturally it happens pretty soon, since updated clients can only connect to servers with the same version number and we know how frustrating downtime can be.  Often times though if you run the Bioware update utility twice, it will revert to the older version we're compatable with for the time being, so you may yet get to play sooner than you think.

on that screen that pops up when you insert the cd, hit the update button again and it should revert it for you when it downloads the patch again (will dl the older version if you have the newer one currently installed.

I think if that doesn't work, Bioware.com has the old patch listed somewhere on their support archives.

  Since you are new to the team you don't really know how quickly we update. We have gone weeks between an NWN update to a Layonara update.  Our content is huge and when Bioware messes with core stuff (2da's, spells, feats, etc.) it takes us quite some time to go through and change things so that they work on Layonara. 
  We will get to it as fast as we can Jom, it takes time and effort.

Hiya Jom,

All you have to do is download the patch reverter,
Place the revert patch file in your Neverwinter Nights install directory. The default install directory is
"C: \\NeverwinterNights \\NWN ".
 
Version number is found in top left-hand corner of the Neverwinter Nights Launcher  

Step 2. Run the NWUpdate Program
Now select 'Update' from the Neverwinter Nights game launcher, shown above. This will launch the NWUpdate program. Click 'Update' on the NWUpdate program, and it will revert your game to the previous version.

DO NOT UNZIP THE FILES!

If that still doesn't work download the critical rebuild patch for 1.65:

That one you just run in on yer desktop
