The Brothers of Battle

Is it possible for there to be a Monks Order (Dwarven) so devoted to Vorax  that they have been or strive for membership in The Monastic Order: The Brothers of Battle?

Also I have seen "Sheild Dwarf" listed as a Sub-race. Are there any wright-ups on this sub-race? As I have not been able to find it if it has been written.

 You can join the Brothers of Battle if you have a dwarf monk who follows Vorax, that's why the Brothers got 'invented', in order to give players an organization to join. (Although nobody ever has asked before)

  You can consider shield dwarves to be the 'regular' dwarves.
