Yeah so far Celgar always runs into me when I am on a tagent about the "lost song magic" Its all just RP so I can slowly turn into a 2nd ed spell singer type char. Its to bad they don't have them in 3rd ed like they use to, I know its still a PRC in 3rd ed but its not the same class, in 3rd ed you don't even have to be an elf to be a spell singer, and it use to be a elven class not a bard class. Oh well they really messed bards up in 3rd ed to start with, but I love the RP aspect of the class so I still play them. I am going to focus more and more on sound based songs and spells, and I have kind of been working on the actual theory of song music. I almost have it done so that should make it more fun to ramble on about the theory of harmonics, in magic. I think with the bard/sorc I can kind of come close to the old spellsinger at least in theory or heart. I hope to beable to have all sound based spells but I'm not sure how well it will work as NWN really don't have allot of true bard spells or sound based spells other then amplify, sound burst, and a few horn spells. So I'll have to improvise I can work with illusion spells by RPing that I enchant them with my voice and the power of my voices makes people believe thy are seeing what I say etc, but spells like summon monster and shield etc its more of a streach. I might post my hypothetical theory if their is enough interest or any one really cares to understand what I am talking about. And just incase noe one is familier with a spell singer I have attached the 3rd ed version as I'm at work and don't have my second ed books with me. Its kind of a worthless PRC in 3rd ed other then the RP aspect of singing all your spells and keeping your magic/familier leveld up. Just incase I confuse people when I talk about my theory. (I'm not purposing an actual in game change or anything though I will pry at some point do a CDQ based on my theory when I get closer to level 10 and start changing my spells over. Focus more on bard and music vs history and lore. Of course depending on if I develop that way.)
