Alright I'll admit it...I'm cheap. Being a grad student living off a stipend in Boston (which is a very expensive area) isn't easy. I'm looking to start my own album yet the programs I had such as photoshop expired (I had the free download version). I swear someone once posted a free program that would allow me to look at my screenshots, but unfortunately I haven't been able to fine that post. Could someone either recommend a free photoprogram that I could just download or point me to the post made by the person who knew (think it was Ed, but this post may not even exist - I think someone posted, but not sure).
