Klugger's Rock Mashen en Tree Choppin en Tings Budiness Seeking Business Partners[/b] Klugger's business is growing by leaps and bigger leaps and he wishes to open his own store but would like to have other business partners. He will be accepting applications for two partners starting today! Details:
1. Klugger wishes to purchase a store to sell and warehouse his goods, so partners that do not sell the same things will be ideal 2. Initial investment for partners will be 1/3 of the price of a new small house (location will be discussed) 3. All participants must be trustworthy and cooperative selling of goods can be discussed 4. This will be a store enviroment and no beds, bookcases, lots of decorations will be allowed. 5. All crates must be provided by the seller. 6. The partnership contract may be broken in the event a partner wishes to leave the store on the following conditions:
6a. The leaving partner must find a replacement that is agreed about by the remaining partners. 6b. The replacement must pay 1/3 of the original purchace price of the store to the leaving partner and is subject to the rules above.
7. Lastly, Klugger will be deemed primary owner/operator of the store.
