Ox missing on central

I cant find my ox!
I had tied it down just outside the real estate merchant in Pranzis, but it isnt there.

I paid the ox merchant scout to find my ox, he said it was at Pranzis main gate.

The login text states that it is stabled until I check it out.

Where is my ox, please help me "find" it..

I have the same problem. I tie it down after which I log in and out, then I'll get that message and the ox is gone. The only way to get is, is to pay 800 to Granvil.

Could the problem be that I had an ox stabled when the stabling system was removed? I've been having the problem eversince.

Hmm, that is kind of strange. I will be rebooting all of the servers in a few minutes and this may clear up the problem.

The problem remains, my ox is still missing.....
Any tips on what to do?
I dont feel like paying 800gold everytime I need the services of my ox.

Are you on a modem or what kind of internet connection do you have?  I really don't know what is wrong in this case--sounds like some sort of lag problem.

Ehh, yes Im on a ADSL modem 24/1 mb, but I dont think its a lag problem.
I dont have any large issues with lag unless the servers are really packed (but then everybudy suffers from lag i guess).

The ox is originally bought on west and I had to pay the 800gold "finders fee" to get him over to central, I think thats the problem somehow.

I guess I have to pay 800 to get the ox visible again, then I get it killed so I can buy a new one from the merchant at central.
Could that solve the problem?

That would probably work but you shouldn't have to do that. I will look in to it and go from there. Sorry for the problem.

The ox is back on west.

I payed 800 on central and he fetched the ox, I then tied it down loose so it could follow me.
I took a ship to west (Karthy) and my ox followed my there.

I havnt any ox problems on west so I guess my ox dont like to travel to other continents.

Am I suppose to get the ox to central if by just leading him by the rope when I board a ship?

yeah, make sure he is not tied down when you cross servers or he will not follow you.

Shall I lead it or tie it loose when Im about to board the ship?

I did lead the ox by the rope when I boarded the ship at Leilon before, but he refused to follow me to Hurm.
I got him to central by paying the scout 800 to fetch him for me.

I hope I have better luck next time I try to bring the ox to Central.

I am not entirely sure the best way to get him over there. I know others are able to do so, perhaps one of them can help you out.  I thought all you had to do was have him near you (and NOT tied down) and he would go with you to the other server.

Ill let you know if I have any problems taking the ox from west to central.
