First off, you will need both expansions installed and your NwN updated, both with version 1.66 and Layonara's custom content.
Create an account at Bioware (
http://www.bioware.com) or using the ingame option, login with that account and choose the Direct Connection option, then type the IP you were given, so that you can join the server without searching for it.
If you wish to add Layonara to your favorites, go to the Roleplay section when various channels are listed, and search for Layonara Online, making sure you don't filter servers with password. Layonara should be there with a red color since it needs a password to enter, and now you can click on it, then click on Add to Favorites. That should do it.
