There is a flower that grows in Spellgard around the Tower of High Arcana.
According to the information that I have attained, they are the product of the excess magic that occurs in and around the tower.
It has twin buds that are an almost silver color. They bloom at the exact moment. The problem is that I do not know what time.
So, I am headed to the Great Library to get the information and then on to Spellguard. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
