A dumb question or 2?

OK, first I have done a search for all my posts and cannot find what I'm looking for. On the second one I did a long search for that Info too.

1) When a character is deleated due to a requested deleation, is it arcived anywhere? I had all my orignal characters deleated due to that I knew that I would be away for 3 mo. it ended up 4 mo.
This part is my fault sorta   my neet freak wife (yes I love her with ALL my heart!) while I was away has put the notebook that I did the orignal PnP Character Submission in away. She doesn't rember where (why would she it wasen't important to her) I have looked for it "PnP" version at least 16 times now and cannot find it. I wonder if it went to the trash?

2) is there a place to look up hints on NPC given quests? as I said I have looked but with no luck

i think once a character is deleted, its wiped altogether from the arcive. regarding NPC quests, just talk to all the npcs in everytown and area. once you hit lvl 10 do it again same with 15. that what i did, and rest assured you soon will get all the quests.

2) no hints.  You usually don't need them, they tell you pretty well what to do.  If you don't know where a person or place is, ask someone if they know IG.
