Do we need the CEP 1.52?

I was looking in the vault and saw it was updated for NWN 1.66 so of anyone can let me know.

Layo has its own custom content, so afaik , No you dont need it.

you only need NWN, SoU, HotU v.1.66and all the required files you can download in the latest files selection...
So you don't need any CEP
