Need DM Assistance - Stuck behind a wall

Hi,

Grog transitioned from East to West Hlint, and somehow skipped all the way across the area and ended up on the other side of the wall behind the Graveyard. There arent any ways out from back here. I tried the DM channel, but no response. Is anyone available to help?
