Can not get in game with Quantum

I tryed to log on this after noon and  a message came up (Invalid Character- player login refused Item Equipped with an "Item Level" Disallowed by server restrictions).
I have no idea why?  It will let me on to play my other charters, just not Quantum Windword.  I was on two hours ago with him, and the message did not pop up then.

We are fighting a bug from the last update but there is a work around.
  The invalid character module is now running, please log in to that module and unequip everything.  Then log out and log in to the real server and equip everything again.
  Invalid character module is located at 64.127.106.68 on port 5122 with the normal password.

Ok I tryed to go to the invalid but the same message came back up and would not let me in.
